When I finished my drink and opened the lid to eat the ice cubes, I found them covered in black unknown substances. It was very dirty and extremely disgusting.
We clearly ordered chicken tenders then they gave us popcorn chicken. It was CLEARLY their fault and they just told us, “sorry, can’t change it.” Lol
Classic takeover if you know what I mean that ultimately destroys a once functional, and reasonable business. Just look at these photos, the grease is so old tasting it smells and tastes like fish. Thats the oil from 3 pieces of chicken... BRUH
Edit: I just checked the reviews and everyone else is complaining about being rushed through the drive-through and given no time to read the menu. Terrible drive-through, won't be back. The KFC employee asked me through the speaker what I wanted. I said I needed a minute. 5 ... seconds later he asked me if I was ready. I said I needed more time. Then he asked me, "what were you looking for", like he can guide me through the experience. I said I just needs time to read the board, but by that time I felt so rushed I blurted out, "I'd like a veggie chicken sandwich and large macaroni salad". Then he asked, "would you like 1 slice of cheese or 2". At first I said 1 slice, then realized he was up-charging me, so I said, "none". I didn't hear what was the total, because he had an accent and mumbled it. I checked my bank record because I realized I didn't confirm the amount price. $18.50!!!! I went back with my food and complained about the experience and the price and he did nothing but make excuses and then apologize. Didn't fix anything. Won't be back. What's the point in having a menu board, if they won't give you time to figure out what you want. I though a large salad was $4.50 but that's only with a bucket combo, or something. Read more
