Cactus Club Cafe - Victoria, British Columbia

This place never disappoints. Been a huge cactus cafe fan since my visit to Vancouver way back in 2016 and this time in Victoria. One of the few spots that serves food until midnight on the island. Gt their chipotle chicken tacos and steam frites from their haappy hour menu ... and both the dishes were amazing. For drinks we got their peach bellini & local amber lager - perfect drink on a hot summer night. After this for dessert try their choco lava cake which is phenomenal with their vanilla ice cream! Service was great and they have a nice ambience. Ample seating in their dining room or bar. Always fun to be back to Cactus cafe chain anywhere in Canada. Highly recommend. Read more

This is one of the few restaurant chains that I love. Every meal is so good and consistent. I've never had a bad meal here. The creole chicken is amazing, my wife loves the prawn ravioli. Great atmosphere and great service.

Absolutely delicious meal. Only took about 5 minutes waiting in woman to get a table. I have both gluten-free and dairy-free allergies and they were more than happy to tweak my dishes to meet my dietary needs. Absolutely beautiful down on the water, highly recommend

The food's always been great when I went in the past; but this is the first time I went to the restaurant in nearly a decade. A friend decided to take me out to dinner (and shockingly paid for my half of the bill too) and their steak frites during ... happy hour hits the spot after a full work shift eating all day but still feeling hungry. I'm not really into ordering drinks on a work day but after a few insists, I picked a simple spritzer. All in all a good place to go back for simple eats. This place is one of our favourite for dinner. Salmon is excellent! My son also loves the pepercorn stake with mashed potatoes. The atmosphere is nice, calm, and there is always nice music. We love the lava cake for dessert! You have to try it at least once. Excellent service ... always. Read more
