We were at the store to pickup a door dash order. There was a guy who called him Joe, didn’t attend to me for 7 minutes. Then he asked me to get my bag for giving the order. I went and got the bag he said he needs another 2 ... minutes. I told him the order was already delayed by 3 minutes. He said we are only 2 people working can you not see. I said that is none of my business to see how many people are staffed and working. I said you give the order sooner so it doesn’t delay the other picked order. He got so furious and started using a lot of foul language. I was surprised if I was taking to staff member or a person from the street. He was so unprofessional and threatening. He is a big source of destruction. When I asked him for his name he said, he has no name. I would recommend this persons behaviour is investigated as he is threat to the society. He at some point said it’s none of his business to attend to someone at the store. He asked me to skip that order after 10 minutes of waiting. This clearly demonstrates an attitude that he doesn’t care about the custome who ordered and waiting for food. It was a surprise to hear when some body doesn’t take the responsibility is made to attend customer and service providers. I would like to meet and discuss this with leadership if you guys are interested. Read more
