Excellent local coffee house with a super chill vibe. Great place to hang out. And very honest patrons. I accidentally forgot my purse and some kind person brought it down and gave it to the staff and I was able to pick it up even after the shop was closed. ... Not a single thing missing out of it. Great spot - friendly staff and delicious drinks. Cozy. A unique space that a Starbucks could only dream of emulating. A must-visit if you’re in the area and need a relaxing place to get some work done and enjoy a coffee or tea.

Enjoyed a mocha and a cranberry lemon muffin. Both were really good. The street out front was closed and filled with picnic tables. It was a beautiful morning in the sunshine enjoying a coffee. Would definitely suggest having a morning coffee here on a summer morning.

I was here for the first time in ten years (my English teacher held a retirement party here). I ordered an apple fritter. It was $3.68 after tax. It's not too bad for a pastry. The upstairs area and a back garden are the best parts of Bean Scene. They also endorse a ... lot of local events (especially given their location). The staff behind the counter was super friendly.
