Given attidue over asking for new shakes as old ones were watery and not drank from. Given new shakes with no flavour. All in all. Ordered moolatte shakes and got PAPER STRAWS. What. It lasted 30 seconds and I worked so hard to get those few sips. You have got to be joking. How am I supposed to drink this? Very disappointing.

Stopped in for a chocolate dipped cone. The ice cream was NOT the traditionally rich delicious flavour. It seemed as if the ice cream was diluted more and tasted a bit like ice milk, like what you'd get at McDonald's. I really enjoyed my lunch @ DQ being a chicken sandwich, fries & ice tea & as a dessert a Dilly bar. I also used a coupon for a great price &:the staff returned the coupon until expiry date. The food was good, fast, hot & I found the staff helpful ... replacing the ketchup & helping with their survey app! It wasn't busy so it was quiet to enjoy to the last bite!
