Boston Pizza - Vernon, British Columbia

Ordered pick up and had all 4 family members taste/smell the bolognese dip.. it 100% resembles a cigarette ashtray, wouldn’t be surprised if there was ashes or a cigarette butt in the dip.

The location and parking for this Boston Pizza in Vernon is in a really good location. Easy to find. We found the staff to be very friendly and personable. Service was efficient. The downside to this location is the food quality. We found it very average and were disappointed. I ... had the chicken pecan salad and it looked very thrown together. The chicken was dry. I didn't find the ingredients fresh at all. A really disappointing purchase I would not order it again The location is a bit tired from an atmosphere perspective and very very noisy. We do try and eat in the dining room versus the lounge area with the TVs. Price point is fair. Menu has lots of variety for all ages. We much prefer the Boston pizza location in Osoyoos for food quality. Read more

Servers where good, atmosphere in the dining room side is very family oriented but the lounge was full so we had no choice. Giving it 2 stars because anytime we have ordered strictly pizza for take out, it’s been good. However, we ate in tonight and it was really terrible food. I had the beef dip and my husband had the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were so flavourless. I added salt to my ... beef dip and it didn’t even help. Other people in our party had pasta & pizza and it looked good, but just really disappointed to have such bland and flavourless food. Won’t be going there for anything but pizza from now on. Expecting a lil more than this small container of Lasagna, ordered Parmesan Cheese on the side, no cheese in our takeout Order. Small pizza was a bit pricey. I understand prices have gone up.
