Where to start? When you come in, you're met with smiling faces from everyone working in the back. Even if they're on the phone, they do their best to acknowledge that they have seen you come in. We've never had any issues with their food. It's always tasted fresh and ... delicious! What you get for portion size to dollar amount, we have always felt it's a great price for the food! My friend and I came here for the first time. It's a lovely little restaurant which has some Japanese inspired products being sold on the side. They have a small menu primarily consisting of rolls. It is absolutely delicious (we had the flam-seared yam rolls and the Best Couple Rolls. The ... Best Couple Rolls were the best. We also had tempura prawns which was more Chinese Deep Fried Prawns rather than the tempura images conjured in our brains. The plates are a lovely touch. You pay at the counter before your food comes, but we tipped after the meal as they do have a tip jar. We paid approximately $21.50 4 pieces of tempura prawn, 8 flam seared yam rolls, and 8 best couple rolls after tax but before tip. The young man and woman working were both very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try some of the unique rolls. Read more
