Giving 4 stars, not because of food, but because problem was rectified. Had a beef dip and an eggs Benedict dish. All had nice flavour, but fries were lukewarm and limp. Eggs done well, but lukewarm. Beef was tough and full of unchewable fat. Server did not come by to ... check until end of meal, so too late to reorder, though she did offer at that point. She also offered a second free beer, but we didn’t need another, as we’re riding bikes. So she removed our beer tab altogether and we just paid for the food. Need to come more often, patio overlooking the lake. The beef short ribs were really good, and we all thought the apple crumble dessert must have been a mistake it was so huge.

Beers are always good here and they often have a few seasonal options. The food is pretty basic pub food and a little over priced for what it is. The service is what makes this place shine. The ladies and gentlemen here do a fantastic job serving ... the guests. The patio is awesome in the summer. The interior is due for a major update and would make this place so much better. I really enjoy trivia Wednesday, the darts and pool table and the occasional sports event on the big screen. Read more

This neighbourhood pub is a fantastic place. The service is always friendly, the food is excellent. There is something on the menu for everyone! The location could not be more perfect. Looking out at beautiful Kalamalka Lake, while on the patio is a wonderful experience. But even when the weather is ... not nice, there’s plenty of indoor seating. If you want to sit at the bar and “chew the fat”, with the bartender, there’s always a smiling one behind the bar. And all of the wait staff are friendly and quick to serve. It does not take long to become a “regular“ here. The daily specials that knock it out of the park are always written on the chalkboard. But their menu is never disappointing either! I’m pretty particular about where I spend my money, it’s a treat to go out. So the fact that I will not only return here as often as I can, but go to the trouble of writing a review, shows that truly, this is worth your while! Great memories are waiting for you here ! Popular pub just beside the Kal Lake beach. Outdoor seating is perfect during the summer to enjoy the view of the lake. Friendly service and pretty fast food service. Menu is typical for pub establishment and food tasted good.
