Mucho Burrito - Vaughan, Ontario

I ordered a bowl from this store & it was so bad, I had ask the worker if I could receive a refund because I could not eat it, it was so bland and dry. The worker continued to go back and forth with me about how a refund is ... not possible despite me barely touching the food, I then spoke to the manager over the phone & he was so rude & barely let me get a word out. He mentioned that the store was not like a Starbucks where you can get your money back if you do not like the item, clearly Indicating that it’s a money issue. I would never come back to this restaurant as the portions are so little like they’re managing resources & the food is so bland! Chipotle is by far better & always has greater customer service, this store definitely ruined my day & I wish I could give them 0 ratings instead. Avoid this restaurant by all means as they clearly do not care about their customers only the money! Read more

They make a great burrito bowl here. Generous with all the toppings, and the staff is extremely friendly and eager to help. We stop by from time to time when we’re in the area, and it never disappoints.
