Good seafood and great sauces BUT the service was absolutely horrible...We had a group of 14 for a birthday and the servers completely negated personal space by reaching into people's plates and trying to help when it was unnecessary. Also the restaurant closes at 11pm, yet the music was turned ... off at 10 40 and staff started to close. The owner stood over the table trying to intimidate us by starring and hurry everyone up to leave. ALSO the hot food is delivered inside plastic bags, no plates or bowls. Awesome food. If u want spicy flavor the LaBoil spice is good for you. but Cajun is just great too. Not much line so we end up eating peacefully. Staff just wonder around you all the time and you get distracted. Other than that, Food is great.

Enjoyed the food - be prepared to get messy and eat with your hands. Based on a traditional Louisiana crab boil. We had the Dungenese crab and also shrimp - lots of food, and the spice gave a pleasant kick (we only ordered mild). Not much of a beer selection ... (Canadian, Blue, Coors, Heineken) and was disappointed by my Long Island Ice Tea (too sweet and weak). The "salad bar" is very small,, with only romaine lettuce, ceasar dressing, croutons, baco bits, potato salad w/ mayo, fake crab salad, brocolli with yogurt dressing, and pickles. Nothing like The Captains Boil even the design and atmosphere. Servers are friendly but trying too hard. Salad buffet was a shocker hardly anything. The food, well I wouldn't go back. We ordered shrimps, fish and chips and baked oyster. The shrimps were stuck to the shell. Very difficult ... to take the take off. The Captains Boil was not not like this. I also find it gross to have the head of the shrimp still on. They should service it removed and clean. For the price they charge they should! The fish was over fried. Fries were not bad.The baked oysters large in size but way too much mayonnaise! Gross!! The cheese was thick awful. Honestly I would stick to The Captains Boil. Much better atmosphere. Oh God the food is horrendous here. There salad bar was a major joke. The shrimp came wasnt even peeled Shrimp and had the heads on it it. Gross! Its nothing like there AD campaign pictures. Also its very overpriced too. There marketing is extremely misleading. The food tasted horrible. ... We were all sick after. Your are much better off going to Captains Boil. I would never go back again. Seriously. The quality is lousy! Read more
