Horrible Experience! I had a very unpleasant experience at Pizzaville. The owner was incredibly rude and asked me to leave without any valid reason. This level of disrespect and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I urge others to reconsider visiting this establishment. He called me ... for the trial of a job, he told me to make pizza and i made it in the correct way. Instead of saying that you are not eligible for this job you can leave, he was saying get the hell out of here. Really? So disrespectful, is this the way he talk to everyone? The woman at the counter was friendly. That's the only positive I could find. It's the first time I've had Pizzaville in a long time and my first time at this location. The pizza at Pizzaville appears to have really dipped in terms of the quality of the ingredients and ... the taste. I got a large three topping pizza yesterday and it reminded me of a cheap frozen pizza. The cheese and pepperoni were surprisingly bad. I won't be returning. Lots of better options. Read more

Called to place order, they said it would take 20 mins. I arrived at the location and let them know i was there, they said it would be ready shortly…while I was standing there and waiting, customers who came after me had their pizza ready and the workers let them ... know it was ready. I stood there for 40 minutes and they did not acknowledge me. I had to go up to her again and she said my pizza had already been sitting on the counter without her telling me. Pizza was mediocre. I've been ordering for months, but after this experience I will never be ordering from here again. For starters I recieved burnt garlic knots. I then called customer service for a refund, they had told me a driver would pick up the knots and give me my money back. A ... couple minutes after I recieved a call from this store saying they would replace them instaed. As I was eating these I then noticed a hair in garlic knots. This is so disgusting, you would think that they would pay special attention to a replacement order, but I guess not. After coming on here to write this review I've noticed that this is an ongoing issue, the same black long hair in their food.
