1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience at Pitaland I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Pitaland. The staff was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of care for their customers. When I placed my order, they didn't even bother to ask about my topping preferences! It was clear they were not ... interested in providing good service. To make matters worse, I paid for my food but never received it. I was left waiting for an extended period, and when I inquired about my order, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I've attached a photo of my bill as proof of my payment. It's unacceptable to pay for food and not receive it.
