Osmow’s - Vaughan, Ontario

Osmows was once my favourite fast food place and it’s crazy just how time has changed. I thought I would ignore my previous few bad experience at the last couple of locations I visited, and thought I’d give this location a try. Boy did I ever regret it. This was ... by far the worst shawarma wrap I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve eaten hundreds over the years. For starters, they give you one ice cream scoop sized portion of chicken for a pita, which seemed to have disappeared in the wrap. The lettuce was wilted and soggy so I took most of it out. Even the wrap itself seemed stale, and was crumbling apart as I ate it. Safe to say unless I was starving without any other food options, I won’t ever return to another Osmows again. Read more

Customer service was great. And food was fresh and delicious

I have been to a number of Osmow's over the past few years and the experience is pretty consistent across all locations. This location was no exception although the original exchange with the staff at the time I was placing the order was a little difficult as I couldn't understand ... what they were saying. I will say it was a shared blame between a pretty thick accent on their end and english not being my mother tongue... but we managed to work it out with a laugh and some apologies. I will go back. :-) Food was great, I like my shawarma spicy and drenched in garlic sauce, which is what I got. :-) Also the "large" portion was plenty for one person.... in fact it was probably even enough to be shared with someone. Went for lunch today , spent $30. Really rude employee - middle aged lady. I requested for extra garlic. She stated - “ I already put too much”. I was looking to pay EXTRA and get it. She completely denied. Her expressions and behaviour were very rude. Never going back. ... Barely any garlic as visible in the picture, super dry and inedible. Read more
