Horrible overall experience, understaffed and terrible service. The bartender was acting as both the hostess and the bartender. The bartender seated us and nobody came to our table for over half an hour. It was only when we complained to the bartender that they sent a waiter to our table. ... He didn't even know what beer they sold nor did he once pour us a glass of water or apologize for the service. We ordered a round of drinks but the waiter never returned after the first round, it was again the bartender who came to our table and asked if everything was okay. We actually had to go to the bar once we were already seated to order more drinks. After waiting over an hour and 40 minutes and not having any food brought to our table, we decided it was time to go find another place to eat. A 3 year old can only wait so long before eating. When my father went to find someone to pay the bill for the drinks, the manager told him that the food was ready and would be free but at this point my father said I don't care, I'm not waiting here another minute and we left. Don't waste your time going here. Service was extremely slow ( painfully slow ) Portions were small and our Server was rude. 45 min to get bread on the table. I asked for a refill of water and the waiter seemed annoyed gave me a small ... amount. I asked him to top off the glass, he sat the entire plastic water pitcher in front of me to do myself.....The main course took so long I was temped to order a pizza from a near by restaurant. I am so sorry that I chose this dinner location for two families of 8. Though the food was fairly good the service was remarkably the worst ever! The waitress probably forgot the order, 'cause after an hour wait time, the salad was brought 10 minutes after the pasta ... and my kid's pizza 30 minutes after my Cornish hen entree. this happened after the waitress came especially to tell everyone the reason of long waiting time is because I ordered that hen meal though she didn't mention the long cooking time when she took my order! This was the second and last time we've seen her! We had to ask the hostess if someone could bring the pizza because we were hungry and everybody was waiting for one person's pizza to start eating as it is civilized!!! In the end we received a family discount but our Saturday night was a disaster! We will never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone! Read more

I have had Autostrada on my Bucket List of restaurants that I wanted to try for some time now. Last night was the chance so a friend and I dropped by for dinner. I have to say that the food itself was ok, nothing great. The décor itself was so ... not my style and it felt very cold. They really need a designer that can make it feel more inviting as opposed to feeling so cold with all the stainless steel, marble, tiles, etc. Lastly, the service was very bad. I counted that we had about 8 different people that were at our table for one thing or another. I don't think we actually knew who our server was. On several occasions we had to ask for this or that and we definitely felt as they would serve us when they could. At the end of the day, I would NOT be going back as the overall experience was lacking in so many ways. Read more

Worst experience I have ever had!!!
