Pars Grill - Vaughan, Ontario

I bought three cheeseburgers and one bandari sandwich from Pars Grill about 3 days ago. I located a screw in my sandwich and will never be buying food from pars grill again. Please be advised when ordering food from this place they are not sanitary and do not pay attention ... to what they are doing. I am shocked that someone would not notice such a huge piece of metal inside a sandwich and when i called the restaurant to tell them about this, they just told me that they will give me credit for that sandwich which is ridiculous and i should have credit for my whole meal. friendly staff. inside of the store was clean and well kept. Food came on time and the portion size was big which matched the price tag. overall cant realistically get better for what you pay. Edit after few more visits. I have noticed a lot of variance based on the time ... of day you go and how much they have to work for their catering side. As an example I did not get spoon and fork with my take out order this time which is something that needs to be auto included with orders same with napkins. Advice to owner would be to rent a small underground kitchen to prepare the bulk orders for parties as it got really hectic inside the store at 5-6 p.m which should be a down time. Really great spot for having a quick bite. The kabobs are tasty and juicy. Also they make a really good burger worth trying at least once.

I’ve been a customer for a long time. My kebob alway comes from Pars grill. Last night I had 30 guests and all 30 of them reminded me that I have to let you know how special your food was. Thanks a million for the delicious food

Ten stars are not even enough to express how much I love this place. I'm a regular customer, visiting almost every week. The staff here is exceptionally polite and well-mannered. The quality of the food is truly outstanding. The aroma and flavors take me back to my homeland. Kudos to ... the management and the wonderful staff, especially Lina and Farzaneh.
