Quality and portions going down This used to be our favorite go to place. Now the quality of food is not certain. For example in today’s order chicken tasted powdery, possibly expired. We requested to swap more rice instead bread, we got the same dinner order as always less bread and ... no extra rice. We have already refuced the frequency of meals from this place and I only see it reducing further. Not to mention the prices have escalated quite a bit, partially to compensate for the rise in inflation and interest rates. Read more

I really don’t understand the negative reviews! Just finished eating some DELICIOUS food (delivery). The pita wrap and gyro were great ! The chicken skewer and rice were just as tasty! The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned and the tzatziki made an excellent dip. Glad I chose to order ... from this location, we’ll definitely order again. Read more

Have been ordering from this place on Uber eats for the last 2 months. Their buy one get one free chicken wraps are amazing. Nice soft wraps and very tender chicken. Also, their toppings are very fresh. Overall great food and I am very satisfied. Would recommend.

This place is hit or miss, lately more misses. I usually order for delivery and almost half the time they forget to add bacon bits to the Caesar salad. There are 2 options when ordering online - one simply says 'Caesar salad' and the other which says 'Caesar salad no ... bacon bits'. I always choose the first option but I guess they can't read. The food has been very inconsistent as well. The calamari is usually good but today it tasted very old, like it was sitting around for a while or simply not fresh. It was also overly salted. The Caesar salad is usually good but the last couple of times I had it, it also tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Sometimes they forget to include tzatziki with my calamari as well. A couple of months ago I spoke with a Regional Manager about some of the issues. Clearly that made no difference. Based on the many other negative reviews, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. The most horrible customer service EVER. Avoid at all costs!!! We came here at 9:30 pm on a Saturday and ordered our food promptly. The food took about 5 minutes to make. The worker said that we would not be able to dine in, since they would be closing at 10 ... pm. I thought this was quite a rude remark, and when the food was ready, I asked if we could stay inside, as we would definitely be finished eating by 10 pm. The worker rudely said no and we were forced to take our food and eat it in the car. I felt so degraded and honestly, wanted my money back. No matter how good the food was, it does not excuse this horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read more
