I don’t eat out very often but it was a long day and I passed by this burger place and thought a burger would be satisfying. I don’t like any condiments so I only got a cheeseburger with the basic toppings (lettuce, tomato & onion). The burger was such a ... disappointment. The beef had 0 taste and flavour. Not recommended. The veggie burgers were very dense and heavy. Couldn’t finish it at all because it was tasting right- the bun, the ingredients together. Onion rings were the saving grace and can be eaten again.

Oh man such a great and not so simple burger. Love that you have all the options for toppings! Even got mine with an onion ring! So many sauces too! My wife loved the coop combination of whatever she wanted on there with no judgements. The server ... gave us a few smirks and was overall a good sport and patient. Would go back here again. Odd that it's tucked away in a side corner outside of the food court. It's also near the Carter's and Oshkosh. Read more

I am very disappointed. Me and my family decided to try this restaurant for the first time, the staff were giving aggravated looks while ordering. The staff had bad service towards me and my family. The cashier was not very attentive and was in a hurry and the cooks were ... staring at us like crazy. Once we received the order, the lady gave us attitude! Although they food was amazing, there was a slight problem which made me question about the sanitation in the restaurant. I saw a spider in my take-out bag, I was deeply disappointed and shocked. We're trying out this eatery for the first time. We first intended to create a customised burger, but after reviewing all the topping options, we simply chose to purchase their signature burger because there are simply too many options for us to select from. Therefore, we chose the True North ... and BBQ bacon. Even though I don't typically eat burgers I like this one. The patty was not dry like it is in other restaurants, my only concern about my burger is that I can't taste the barbecue. Overall, though, this burger joint is either a must-try or a go-to option for burgers. Read more
