Pizzaville is one of my go to for quick food. Love their dough and toppings. I can’t complain. Usually I go into to pick up. Today I decided to do an online order as we had a long day. Ordered the special: 2 pizza with 2 toppings, 8 ... wings and 2 pop. Food was good. Delivery driver called and asked us to come down to get the food. Asked him if he can buzz up and bring the food up. He refused. I thought delivery was to the door?!?!? After I agreed to go down to get my food I Asked how come he didn’t bring up to our unit? He didn’t have a reason. In the future maybe I’ll call to order that way driver doesn’t get the tip until they deliver to the door. I kinda like he knew the pizza was inline order and was already paid , already got the tip so he didn’t care at that point. Read more
Horrible service this time around. Worker was distracted snd watching cricket on the TV, had no hair net on as well. When I opened my box, it had a piece of hair in it. Super unhygienic, and it's on me for the part that I should've checked my order before ... leaving the store, however, the workers need to be trained better. Read more
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always great, but today the pizza I got was ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL. The guys working are always so nice, and their speed doesn’t compromise quality. I would rate them 100 if I could, have you ever seen this much chicken on a pizza at any other Pizza store? I loved their costumer service. The owner is so friendly and professional. Highly recommended 👌🏼
