I have been a regular customer for a long time. This Pizza Pizza Store is our family favourite. The pizza and wings are great! They get the crust perfectly crusty and golden every time. The cheese is fresh, natural tasting, and applied generously.  The place is clean. Not only is the ... food amazing, but so is the customer service.  Everyone that works there and the owner are excellent people. They always have a smile and so welcoming. I'm not a huge fan of pizza pizza but stopped in at this location and the guy offered to make me a custom panzo. It's excellent, best I've ever had from pizza pizza. On top of that the place is really really busy and there's seems be just one guy ... doing everything named Tarun (I asked his name). He's a rock star. No way this guy gets credited he deserves - was literally running to do his job. Read more

I do online orders to get pizza delivered to me pretty much 4 days a week. And this location ALWAYS messes up with my orders either it’s missing something or they burnt it. Sometimes I think they do it because they don’t like me or something ... I ordered 3 ... days ago for pick up, went to grab it. As soon as the cashier guy seen me he gave me a dirty look grabbed my pizza threw it on the table said 10.63$ then opens it and says check it please I don’t want you complaining! I am very unpleased with this service and i am never going to that’s location or even ordering pizza pizza now ever. This is ridiculous and needs to be handled or I could handle this my own way by reporting this to pizza pizza head quarters them selves. Read more

Been going to this place for over 15 years and has clearly seen a drop in quality. 1) we had to ask for our finished order after 20 minutes as the employee had no inclination of bringing the finished pizza from the oven to the counter 2) had to slowly enunciate the ... name of each drink we wanted as the employee did not know the brand names 3) repeated our request for garlic dipping sauce 3 times and still almost didn't get it 4) gave us spicy peppers as topping even though we clearly asked for green bell peppers Generally just a clear lack of communication between the employee and the customer, made for a bad experience.
