I really needed to do this review! I am very disappointed with the service and the order from the store. I went there because I was referred but I had the worst experience. I ordered a cake for my 1 year old baby and we ordered 2 tier cake! He ... gave us a reasonable price and we were very thankful and happy! One day before the delivery, they called us and said they do not have a driver to deliver the cake. So, it ruined our planes because we had to hire someone to get the cake and we weren’t prepared for that. The other thing which is more important is that when we received the cake it was only one tier cake! It was last minute and we didn’t know what to do. I called Anthony (the owner) right now and he said “One tier was what you ordered”. So, I told him that both my husband and I were wrong? He said yes!! He even did the drawing of the cake and I saw it on the paper and I told him that but he was still insisting that we were wrong! This is not the way to conduct business Anthony! Everything about this place is 5 star. The service, pastries, coffee, and atmosphere are amazing. If you are ever in the area, you must stop by!

This must be the first REAL croissant I've had in years. My family keeps buying cheap, "not actual croissants" croissants from Costco, and I keep saying we should go to real bakeries. This place just proved my point from the first bite. The taste, the textures, everything was fantastic! Also the ... service is friendly and very helpful. Do not order anything online through their website. The images on there and description is not what they will deliver. If I could give this shop no stars at all I would. I ordered a cake the sprinkle celebration cake with donuts on top and the description had to mention ... of amaretto liquor. I received a cake with amaretto liquor as the flavour and the cake looked nothing like the one they advertised on their website. It had sprinkles that was the only thing that looked like the one they had on their website. I called them. I got no apology. A woman picks up and says I will check with the baker to see what happened and call you back. It’s July 17th and I never got a callback from June 26. They simply don’t care I wish I had read their reviews as they have done this to many others in the past. Horrible tasting cake and terrible service $44.00 cake tossed out. You have to give the customer what they ordered not what you decide to give them. The description does not say we will decide on which cake you get the description shows an image of the cake that I purchased and should have received. Horrible place, should be shut down for their lack of honesty. Update since they never got back to me I contacted my credit card company provided them with all the info and photos of what I bought and what I actually got and was able to get my money back from my credit card company they agreed with my chargeback. We had a really great time at Sweet Boutique this past weekend, the peach pie was absolutely delicious & it tasted very fresh! This spot has the best cannolis we’ve ever tried and incredibly yummy pastries & sweets. We’re definitely coming back for more pastries & to try their cafe ... crema!
