Bourbon St. Grill - Vaughan, Ontario

We always eat here after shopping because of delicious bourbon chicken. Today the chicken was so small like you can count to less than 10 pieces, before it was full of chicken bourbon, maybe cost cutting but they will loss customers for doing that.

My husband ordered a 4 item platter. Chicken, fish, rice and green beans. The fish was bland and had no flavour, it didn’t even taste like fish and the chicken? Majority of the pieces he received in his takeout box was his deep fried batter for the chicken….paying $19 for this ... was a waste, would rather spend $25+ at Chipotle…at least they are consistent. I came here for lunch on Black Friday. Good, standard fast food bourbon chicken. The staff were nice. I actually come here every time I'm at Vaughan Mills. Never had a problem once.

I have eaten here several times in the past. It used to actually be quite good. Today, I've decided I am never coming back. The girl who served me was extremely ignorant. She wasn't just rude, she was flat out ignorant. The food is mediocre at best, the black pepper ... beef was half raw. When I went back to discuss it she told me to go away and not come back. So I'm going to take her advice and I'm never going to come back. I would advise everybody else to take that advice. Read more
