I had food here today service was pretty good. The place is clean and has plenty of tables to bring friends or family and the soda machine is awesome here being able to choose your own drink is very good. This place is worth going to.

I had no idea they also sell pork bacon, be careful when ordering. There was also only one girl working the counter and the kitchen. On a Saturday (April 20th). Stopped by here to grab some lunch with my boyfriend, he got the spicy chicken sandwich and I got the poutine. The burger was pretty good, but I do not suggest the poutine. The fries were squishy, and the gravy just didn't suit it. There was a 10 min wait, ... wasn't horrible. The seats in the dinning area are falling apart tho, it was clean. Read more

Here is my answer: 1- If you were a responsible employee, you would never put your boss into such a miserable position by asking if a reviewer is your customer or not. Besides, you cannot ask people for their receipts. The first thing you should do is learning how to interact with your customers. I do not believe you will survive long in this restaurant as an employee. 2- I personally like Hero Burgers and their food. I was not there today but I was there a couple of days ago. I went there with my kids and the service was too slow because there was only one lady dealing with everything. So the service is not good because it was too slow. I do not put blame on this lady but the owner should know that if they keep only one person in charge of everything they will keep having these sort of reviews, 3- Atmosphere was not good because it was too cold inside. We asked the lady if there is something she could do to turn on the heater or something. She told us there was nothing she could do. We could even take off our coats inside. So it is a basic right of a customer to expect a suitable atmosphere to dine in if the restaurant is offering a dine in option. All in all, if I had reviewed parks or restaurants in past is none of your business. You should check yourself and correct all these mistakes.
