I recently visited the Five Guys location and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've had at any of their branches. The dining area was notably dirty, giving an unpleasant vibe. It seems like having a dedicated dining room person could greatly improve the cleanliness. Moreover, the service left much to ... be desired. The employees, particularly the ladies, displayed a concerning level of attitude. Requesting mayonnaise shouldn't result in an employee literally throwing it onto the table. This behavior felt rude and unprofessional. I believe the management should address these issues promptly. Improving customer service and maintaining a clean environment are crucial for the overall experience. I hope these concerns are taken seriously for the betterment of the establishment. Read more

They really make a deliciously fresh burger and fries. Always so mouthwateringly tasty, service at this location was top notch. Staff were very polite, kind and helpful.
