Teavana - Vaughan, Ontario

Excellent staff that are very patient and willing to show you all the teas that you are interested! Will definitely be buying all my tea from here from now on.

I always shop at teavana downtown and I have always had a pleasant experience. This was the first time we visited the teavana in Vaughan Mills, we approached Adelie L, to use a birthday reward to get an ounce of tea, she helped us picking the tea, when she realized ... we were going to use a reward and not actually "pay" her whole attitude changed. She sighed when we asked to smell a couple flavours of tea. We picked our tea and used our reward which was also a lengthy process because she didn't know how to ring it up, she asked if we wanted to purchase rock sugar, we asked how that works and again she sighed while explaining to us. We respectively declined and she rolled her eyes , gave us our shopping bag and starting back chatting as we left the store. I am very disappointed with this sales associate and with the teavana experience. Read more
