I really enjoyed the party on Saturday night. Lots of cool people and fun atmosphere. I liked the way security worked there, didn’t let drunks to get in. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My girlfriend decided to celebrate her birthday party at this place. We dropped a deposit for the lounge area and brought the cake. First, we ordered food, and while we were waiting, we were asked to switch couches. We were placed in the far corner near the toilet. The previous couch ... stayed empty until 12:30 AM. We asked the manager how come, and received the answer that it is a reserved spot for VIP guests. So, I assume we are not VIP guests. Our total bill was $830, but apparently, it is still not enough for this place. And second, the cake was brought with four plates and four utensils. The waitress came and cut the cake into four parts despite there being five of us staring at her while she was doing that. If she can't count to five, does she understand that one person physically can't eat a quarter of the cake?! What if there were two of us? Would it be cut in two halves? This neglect of service was "amusing." Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. Chasing waitresses, because she forgot to bring cocktails, constant reminding her about our ordered food. You pay $500 for a bottle and you get festival kind of service, they gave me a wrong order and insisted I need to pay for it. Stay away dont promote clown service
The Shisha here is fanatastic, it was sooo smooth. But the food was okay and the service staff tried their best but had some language barrier. Would definitely go back for the Shisha, especially for the price, it is very reasonable.
