This is hands down the worst Swiss chalet I’ve been to in about 30 years of eating at the chain, food was prepared as if it was going to be served to inmates in a prison. Service was fine at the counter but the food is certainly not prepared with love, ... I’d also say the prices are raised above normal stores, do yourself a favour and consider other options! Unfortunately they don’t take the widely distributed coupons. You lost my business as I’m not paying full price when coupons are distributed to encourage people to visit your stores. I drove onwards to this location, passing others, so I guess I’d have been better to assume that being an OnRoute ... location you fall under different guidelines. I know it’s at participating locations only, but having my business vs. me walk away doesn’t seem like a good business practice nor great customer service either. I upgraded my review from 1-star since at least customer service seems to want to acknowledge my complaint. Read more

It's a shame that this outlet has Swiss Chalet's name associated with it. The manager spoke entirely in unrecognizable English. An obviously new trainee was not trained on salad dressing, or dipping sauce and had trouble even signing onto his register. They tried to give us 2 salads, we only ... ordered 1. Our wings ordered with mild sauce came in hot sauce. Fries were under cooked. If this was an isolated issue, we could maybe overlook it, but had a similar experience a few months ago. Read more

Just ate here and specially asked for NO TOMATO in my wrap due to an ALLERGY. Well there was no tomato in it but there was before and then they took it out. The juices and seeds from tomatoes stay when you take them off. And I didn't see this ... until a couple bites in and now I have a tight throat and had to rush to store to get allergy pills.
