There was no one really in here - not a problem. First time here to any wild wing. Service was great - there was one server/bartender (she was both) she was very lovely, very nice, quick. The worst wild wing ever! If you enjoy small wings with no meat, which are dry then this is the place for you. We ordered the two flavor wings that is supposed to feed two people, we got hardly enough fries for one person. We ordered candian eh and bbq ... and there was hardly any flavor in the wings at all. We have been to other wild wing restaurants and found them to have reasonably good food, decent service and usually we have a good experience overall. This particular location was definitely below our expectations based on the other locations we have been to. Service was very slow despite the ... place being almost empty. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills on drinks...had to ask twice for sauce we ordered , there were no condiments on our table and could not find a waitress so we grabbed the ketchup off another table. The tables were not clean, wings were not good (undercooked, over seasoned). The wings also had a funny taste- similar to the taste you get if the oil isn't changed regularly. I don't submit reviews often but I think that will change. If I had read prior reviews we would have chosen to go elsewhere. I hope this review will be helpful for people who are thinking about going here. I especially hope it will help this establishment understand how they can improve on their service in an effort to meet the standards some of the other wild wing locations have set. You need to hire people who care.... Cleanliness, well-made food and attentive waitresses will go a long way to improve the customer experience. Until then, it is doubtful we will be back. Read more

I love wild wings and they never seem to disappoint however this time you guys really let me down. I always go to wild wings for wings or to ever dine in but not anymore after yesterday (March 1st). I usually go to the city view location or the upper ... Canada mall location, I figured they were all the same and carry the same standard across their corporations. However that does not seem to be the case. I went there on March 1st at around 1:30-2 pm to begin with the waitress was expectionally rude , which bothered me but not too much. It was the food that was an issue . I myself have worked at restaurants so I am quite familiar with how fries and wings are prepared. I had placed an order for a single order of sweet escape well done and honey garlic well done, then I had also ordered a drink. I was over charged as I ended up paying about 45$ for all of this. Alongside this my food was made before I was even done my drink (less than 3 minutes) working in a kitchen I know that obviously means; A. The cook had given us old wings or B it was under cooked. As me and my girlfriend were leaving I also noticed the glass was dirty as well which was disgusting considering I just drank from it . Terrible experience would never go back to any location now . You guys need to be inspected for health and safety definitely. Mind you I had also asked for my wings well done. The same following day my stomach was in knots for the whole day. I even tried to call and they just hung up on my face . TERRIBLE . STAY AWAY . AWFUL FOOD and AWFUL SERVICE. Read more

I do not recommend this restaurant. 1) We waited 45 minutes for our food. When we inquired about it, they gave a lame excuse and said: "There are many customers and we are just a small franchise." I guess they do not know not to provide that many tables for customers ... if their staff cannot handle it. We would've appreciated being told that there would be a 45-minute waiting time so that we could decide if we still wanted to eat there. 2) We got chicken dipped in ranch dressing instead of what we ordered which was blue cheese chicken wings. I guess they ran out and thought we were dumb enough to think ranch was blue cheese. 3) They billed us incorrectly. They charged for something we did not order.
