I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. Yesterday I had a terrible experience with this restaurant and was never going to go back, however, today I received a phone call from Irina who i believe is a manager or the store owner. She apologized ... for the experience I had with the restaurant and offered a complimentary meal to make up for the one I didn’t receive before. This small act of acknowledging my experience has turned my opinion of this place completely around. Not many places will go this far for only 1 customer. Daily stop for me! Service is wonderful and personal. All the servers know my regular order. Food is delicious (try the grilled cheese and chicken). Great spot for a QUICK lunch and coffee for under $20. I recently hosted an event here and they went above and beyond expectations!
