7 Lounge - Vaughan, Ontario

The venue itself has been renovated well. Unfortunately, the music is so loud that having a conversation with someone is almost impossible. More of a club type environment in a shisha bar setting, which can be hard to pull off.

I came here with a group of friends from Mississauga just to see how different this place can be from all the other lounges out there. Service: Only one server was running the floor which was causing long delays in our food order. However, the server was very nice to everyone ... in our group. It seemed like the other kitchen staff were just hanging out at the lounge after they delivered the shishas till the next order came through rather than assisting the server on the floor. Food: This came to me as a big surprise for a place that would be hosting a Yelp! event soon. The food was very bland and lacked flavour. The fries seemed soggy and were drenched in salt. The rest of the food which took 45 minutes to come through for 4 people was unimpressive. You could taste/feel the frozen not fresh vibe. Shisha: I always order one flavour and it was a hit! They have a few selections and everyone seemed to like it in our group. Prices are average and be sure to check out the Yelp! offer after checking in. I have a weakness for fish tacos and I really enjoyed the ones 7 Lounge had to offer. They have a variety of hookah. I'd say blueberry was not my favourite, but I recommend trying mint. Also, they feature a really good DJ on select nights.

I came here with some friends with the hopes of finding a new shisha place. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. While our server was super friendly she was the only one manning the whole place while the other servers just socialized. I ordered some fries and pizza to share ... with a friend and both dishes were extremely bad and almost at the level of unacceptable. However, the shisha was quite decent and held up for a decent amount of time. Regardless of that, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place to anyone. Read more

We went to NV for my sister's 30th Birthday as they were the only place available on the Friday night to handle 30 people. If it wasn't for the great group of people we were with the night would have been shot - beer was warm, food was awful, and ... service even worse. Their so called NV Dirty Fries had very little flavour, NV Nachos had little to no cheese, and the burgers were bland. Never will I visit or recommend NV Risto Lounge to anyone!!! Read more
