I came here in the morning - hoping to get some pastries for a little get together. I didn’t quite look into it and realized as I walked in that it’s predominately an order ahead kind of place, and while they didn’t have much on offer other than cupcakes and a ... few pre wrapped cookies, everything that was there looked gorgeous. I was hoping for some croissants and danishes but came out with some cupcakes since that was really all they had and they not only looked beautiful but were very delicious. The service was excellent- I had my hands full and they walked me to my car! Highly recommend if you are ordering! Just finished our wedding cake on our 1st yr anniversary and it tasted as good as the day of! Thank you for making our day so magical and to get to re-live it again on our anniversary ! Will be ordering for all future occasions!

Clients service is NOT their strong suit. I have no idea how their cakes are, but they need a class on responding to clients in a timely fashion in accordance with the out of office they have set (3-5 day response time). Even when you call them, it takes days ... for them to respond back to voicemails. When you question why they didn’t call you back or respond, they say “that’s weird we are always on the phones” essentially, blaming the client. I emailed and called multiple times AND left voicemails to see if they were available for a cake for our celebration. Prior to emailing I called the store first to see if they were available for our date and was told they were, I immediately said “I am emailing now so I can secure the date”. I never received a response. Note to the store: you might be super busy, but client service and responsiveness is paramount. Your prospective clients deserve a response back within the timeframe you lay out in your out of office. If you can’t uphold that standard, then you need to figure something else out. The people that are calling you and emailing you are the same people keeping you in business. Do better. Read more

I had my shower cake done with Vanessa and I could not recommend her enough! From the quality of the cake and the flavour. Everyone raved about the entirety of the cake. Thank you so much!!

I used Patisserie V Marie twice so far. The first was for my daughters baptism, last year, the second for my older daughters communion, this past weekend. With both events I recieved absolutely amazing customer service! The design of the cakes was exactly what was on the image I shared ... and the flavours were delicious!
