The cronuts are really good. Just don't be expecting them with filling like the special ones you get at Dominique Ansel. Maple Bakery makes them in cinnamon sugar, sugar, and chocolate. I highly suggest reserving them for Saturday and Sunday pick up which at the only days they make them. Don’t waste your money. The brownie was like mushy tasteless brown flour. The eclair which I specifically asked if it was whipped cream or ricotta based is some sort of tasteless mix. Pastries are always great here! Tried the donuts, the apple fritter, cannoli's, egg tarts, cakes, and Danishes. All are great, no complaints, and the people are nice and take time to explain, usually a small line less than a 3 minute wait to get your order. I always order cakes for every event from Maple Bakery because they taste amazing. They are always fresh and everyone always loves them. For that reason I ordered my wedding cake from Maple Bakery and they did not disappoint. Not only was the cake delicious (everyone loved it) and ... fresh, it was absolutely stunning.
