April 16 - had a date with my friend. Captain's Boil is the perfect spot for seafood fans just like me. Their menu is full of delicious options like shrimp, crab, and lobster. I ordered on Uber eats, the item description says free fries and there was no option to add fries. So I assumed it would be with the order but apparently not? It is quite misleading. The MAIN issue is the quality of the snow crab legs, the crabs were bad quality, ... had a weird smell and the shells were half empty??! I have attached pictures of each issue. I’ve ordered the same item on Uber eats before and it was good so I ordered again. This time the food was NOT made with any care, I am quite disappointed in Captain’s Boil. latest visit: march 20, 2024 we were the first customers for today and Saul was efficient as he was pleasant! promptly served us and making sure we had no issues with our order. place was clean although i didn't get to check the washroom.. lots of parking and they take amex. ... it was a good experience! highly recommended!
