I was their only customer at the time that I went. Had the pork belly Bao. Wasn't impressed by the flavor. The bread of the Bao felt like it was old? Hard to chew off and stick to my teeth. Not impressed with food & service after reading online reviews and trying out their food. Attitude of staff is a joke - rude & unpleasant. Food was "ok" Portions are small and quality is never consistent. 1 small piece of chicken in a bao bun for $5.00?!? Tried the pork ... belly as well which is supposed to be roasted, but looked like it was boiled, so gross! Flavour wasn't there for me with the banh mi's compared to other places i've tried. It's busy - yes, because it's in a busy area full of offices. Takes too long to get orders and then if you have a problem with your order - your whole lunch hour is gone while you wait more. Have to give this place 2 stars because the portions and quality was not consistent with other options that my friends tried. Bulgogi bao was a mound of meat while mines barely filled the bun. Other than that, flavor was a bit weak. Taro chips were burnt and not seasoned ... evenly. Read more

This has become my go-to for lunch take-out when I'm at work. The prices are a little higher than neighboring restaurants for the quantity, but the flavor is great and I love the unusual combinations. The beef bulgogi fries are a great deal - reasonably filling and cheap. This side ... is basically a Korean take on Poutine. The wait can get long if the line-up is large. Read more

Don't expect quick food here. Came for lunch on a Friday, had no line. Had to wait a good 10 minutes for one pork belly bao and taro chips. Their food is good tasting, though the portions are a little smaller than expected. Their sauce that goes with the chips ... and the bao were great. Price is a little too expensive. Read more
