Yellowtail - Vaughan, Ontario

This is my favourite sushi spot right now. I don't know what the ingredient is that makes this place so much better tasting than others but I keep coming back for more. Edit: I wanted to address a few comments made on poor service. This has never been the case ... with me. Not only is the service always fast and friendly, they remember my order and recognize me on the phone. If this is not great customer service, I don't know what is. Great quality sushi and beef. All of the dishes on the menu were cooked well. Definitely one of the better AYCE restaurants in Ontario. The waiter that served us, Carelton, was very helpful and kind.

March 11/19 Back again and not disappointed. They have some of the best level of customer service around. The pop refills were very timely and the food was great as always. Feb 2019 Another visit to this special place. We truly enjoy the selection, quality and level of service ... here. It’s a well ran restaurant that is very consistent. The price continues to fair. Dec 2018 Another WOW visit. The Coors light was so cold the way it should always which made it enjoyable. The assortment of dishes were fresh, hot and a good portion size. The level of customer service continues to be impressive along with the speed of dish to table. The sesame ice cream which is only served on weekends was outstanding. Wow what a great little gem of a place. The service was outstanding!! What a pleasant place to dine at as the have a servitude approach to their business. The food was very fresh and come to the table hot which was awesome as some places are weak in their area. The price was well worth what we received. They take their business very serious and it shows. We can’t complain about the price as it’s inline to what you get in quality and quantity. One of the best places in Markham that has yet to be truly recognized. We have found our new go to place for AYCE!! Totally recommend this restaurant. Some reviewers with a $100.00 per person taste bud but only have a $20.00 wallet will find fault. Another great visit on August 26th. Man their service is impressive. The food is hot and fresh. Hands down the best ayce sushi restaurant I've ever been to. Everything is so tasty, service and atmosphere is fantastic, and such a great menu selection. I've been here dozen times and has never disappointed. Highly recommended checking this place out.

This restaurant is great. Note that the AYCE prices are set competitively but the options and quality of the food is quite good. I found the Escolar to be quite fresh. The grill and Tepanyaki options are cooked to perfection! Ice cream selection is pretty standard a nice addition ... to the ice creams they have is an Oreo cookie flavour! Last but not lest, the service was pleasant. Our waitress was super friendly and always ensured we had everything we needed. I would recommend coming here. Read more
