Price is up there. Found this place through InstaNoodls. We wanted to like the experience but it was underwhelming. I can list places that offer better quality of meat, service and portions. We got the set for 2. Forgot the name on the menu. It supposedly had 3 different cuts of ... pork and 2 different cuts of beef for $91. Most of the pork pieces were just fat. We actually came here to experience the charcoal grilling but for some reasons no charcoal. Just the plate over stove. Meat was just okay and pricey. Side dishes were good though. Service was just 'okay'. There were dried up food on our table. Oh well. I dont think we will be coming back given our end bill was $168 for 2 people with just the meat set, 1 rice (you have to pay extra), and makgeolli. There are better options. Read more

I wanted to love it but it was not a good experience. I never have bad experiences with Korean bbq but this was more expensive than the average spots; with poorer quality meats. We ordered the short rib and the garlic beef. The short rib was not bad but the ... garlic beef was chewy and fatty. Aesthetically the place has a really cute vibe but it’s not functional for an Indoor bbq place because the ventilation was bad. I had to move spots because my eyes were watering. Service was not bad but a little slow and barely came to clean table throughout the duration the meal. The grill had to be changed multiple times and the meat kept sticking to the grill because it was not greased. Most places give a piece of fat to ensure the meat doesn’t stick. Also while we visited one of the staff was mopping the floors and didn’t even put a wet sign. We witnessed a lady slipping and hitting the ground so hard we were in shock; I had to tell them to put a wet floor sign on the floor which they did. This place has potential. Please adjust the meat quality to the pricing and also really look into a better ventilation system. Read more

First time back after the renovation. Food is good with generous amount of side dishes and salad. We had the bbq meat combo, good portion of food. Not in picture is the seafood pancake which was a bit disappointed both in favour and portion. Wow I’m in love with the place, even though it took me 40 min to drive there. The price was a bit higher than other Korean BBQ restaurant, but the portion and the meat quality meets our expectations. The meat was high quality and fresh. Their design was totally different from other ... restaurant. I felt like a island. I enjoyed the time there. People were polite and not crowed. The owner and staff were friendly and always check on us if the food was okay. I don’t recommend their cocktails since they are just average. Read more
