"I am utterly disappointed with my experience at New Wok in Vaughan Mills. The Chinese food served was absolutely horrendous. Not only was it tasteless and bland, but the portions were also meager, and the service was abysmal. Save your money and taste buds and steer clear of this establishment."

I love their Sesame chicken. Every time I go to the mall its a must get that I look forward too. Sometimes I get some to take home its so good. Crispy, sweet and perfect amount of spicy. I've not had troubles with the staff…

I had a cockroach in my food. I had to drive 30 minutes back to talk about this because they don't pick up the phone nor have voice mail. First thing they said was "you want a refund?" took away the food with cockroach and refunded portion of the whole ... food I bought because manager said I ate some. After manager called the boss, I got the full refund and mall compensated only $25 mall gift card with conditions. I wasn't able to talk to the boss at all as well. I just hoped that this place could've use better customer recovery and clean their place. Very disappointed overall. Read more

New wok new wok…I can’t believe they charge for $11.50 for 2 sides and noodles. I ordered the sides with shrimps with veggies and lemon chicken. When I asked the server to add the same amount of shrimps as the chicken. She replied to me that they only put 7 ... pieces of shrimps. If I want more I would have to pay double. Of course I told her for better customer service in the future make sure you specifically put on the sign that you only put 7 shrimps nothing more. And of course the supervisor of the restaurant asked the server in front of me what’s wrong. And I told her you should let customers know ahead of time how much portion you are going to sell customers. Not just what ever you feel like. It clearly shows that the chicken is double the amount as the shrimps and the shrimps are so small and pathetic. Never again will we go here. And I will make sure I tell everyone I see who lines up from this restaurant that they scam customers. Read more
