It is so disgusting we found a insect in a dish!! The food quality of the dim sum is bad. The service was also terrible. The waitress even yelled to us. I can believe a restaurant can be so dirty and irresponsible!
Not many good choices: $2.9 for small, med, large dimsum seems a pretty good deal - but in the end they all look like small. The deal is only when you pay in cash. Service is extremely slow: never were there more than two dimsum coming at once. Sigh. If ... one dimsum does not come out within 1hr, it has sold out and you'd never know until you ask them about it. Read more
It's alright, weird menu choice for the set course meals. This restaurant is located on the second floor and decent seating arrangements. Service was slow at times and they have a weird system of delivering food, especially to their party rooms in the back (they go through the building hallway ... and not the restaurant). The food at this restaurant is good, except the featured "Melon soup". However, the service is terrible. They have advertised some special pricing for certain dishes, and did not honor the price. There answer is the advertised price if lunch special. They don't want to answer ... any questions regarding the special price or the time when the special is on. All they worry about is the tip. After I pay at the counter, I went back to the table to put some tip on the table. Before I have time to take the money out, they ran after me and told me that I have not tip them. I told them that I will put the money on the table, but they repeatedly said I need to tip them and does not leave the table until they see me put the tip on the table. Cheap excuse for a restaurant. Steers clear from authenticity, and this restaurant thrives on pissing the customers off. Essentially you're not allowed to drink water here, and most of the items on the menu are just utterly disgusting. I am never coming back here again.
