We tried their Steamed Lamb Dumblings and the Steamed Pork & Cabbage Dumplings. Both dishes lacked flavour and hardly had any juiciness to them. The service was non existent as we had to constantly call someone over for anything. Keep in mind we were the only customers in the restaurant. ... When we asked for water, there was a person working with flour and although she wasn't the waitress she got us our waters. When she brought them over, our cups had flour all over them. Finally, when we were ready to pay, I had no intention of tipping since the service was non-existent and the food was lacking. When the lady was giving me back my change, she snatched some of the change from my hand and demanded a tip. I asked for it back and mentioned that we wouldn't be tipping because we didn't enjoy our experience. Definitely won't be back. Read more

Food is excellent. You can see the ladies folding Dumplings Pork & Leek and are made fresh to order (15) for10.99. Dumplings are very juicy. Be careful when you first see biting into them ... they are very hot and soupy. The Pancakes filled with leek, egg and glass noodles are my ... fave 3 for $7.99 Pan fried pork dumplings are 6 for $7.99. Nicely crisped on the bottom. Place was very packed on the weekend. On Week nights are plenty of tables tho. Place is low key but not much service here. They brought us the food and never bothered to come back to check on us. The food came very fast tho. I've been a regular here for years. Pre and post pandemic. I have to be honest that during the pandemic I dined here when things started to open up and the quality wasn't what I was used to. But gave it another chance and glad I did because the quality ... is back up to my memory of it pre pandemic. This place serves the best green onion pancake I've ever had in the GTA. The steamed dumplings are amazing (my fav, chicken and mushroom), the garlic pea shoots are so crunchy, garlicky and great quality as they use young shoots. Prices have gone up a bit and portions got a bit smaller post pandemic but I find that to be the case everywhere. Service is fast, food is hot and comforting. You can't go wrong. Stir fried noodles are perfectly cooked. Stewed chicken mushroom glass noodles are so good too. The interior could use a face list but hey...you're there don't a good, comforting , delicious meal that doesn't break the bank. Read more

My wife and I decided to try this dumpling house. I believe that they have several locations and I may have tried the location in Mississauga years ago. But tonight, I had a craving for some Northern Chinese cuisine. And the dumplings were good 👍 not great. But still enjoyable with ... plenty of soup with each bite. The pan fried dumplings were fantastic. The wok fried rice cake dish was very good 👍. All in all, I was a happy camper and I would return again for sure. Food is good, restaurant is clean, server is attentive. Just don’t think it’s a fancy place, it’s like a home restaurant. Their potstickers are good!! I also like their pea sprouts, it’s really tasty 😋 The Shrimp Roll is surprisingly good!!
