We went there to order food. They mentioned that they can’t cook or they don’t have inventory and also meanwhile workers were playing around with frozen chicken that fell right beside us on the floor while we were trying to see what’s even available on the menu. It was a ... bit shocking that we were trying to order dark meat and they mentioned that well it will take at least 25 min. I usually don't complain about this stuff but this was the worst experience ever. The customer service were eyerolly, tried to get me to tip and were rushing to go to the back to banter and made me wait. They forgot my drink and when I paid to upsize my ... fries and drink and they told me it went from small to medium (i can read the sign). The fries were extremely soggy too meaning they probably just didn't want to go back and make a new batch of fries. Read more

Terrible experience. Ordered using mobile. Waited 15 min for the order only to have it completely wrong. Waited another 15min and was handed the food with attitude. Poor service. Will not return.

Worst costumer experience ever! The cashier is not nice, she talks like she's irritated. They don't give gravy and asked for fee if you ask for it. They don't also check the orders properly before giving it. Some orders were lacking. I hope the management could check this. The kitchen crew is constantly talking very loudly, at one point we thought there is fight going on Chickens were too soft, nothing was “crunchy” Order was done wrong, two upgraded poutines were missed, and also one side of coleslaw ; but they gave the correct items when we asked. Poutine was more ... like a soup. There were no trays, so the shared box of chicken had to be eaten on napkins! The worst KFC so far . And agin the biggest negative point constant loud conversation, which was not in background, but overpowering the place. Read more
