We went on Canada day weekend, Saturday night. It wasn't overly busy. The dinner service was horrible. Basically didnt exist at all. Staff of mainly young kids just standing around socializing and unmanaged. Food was just mediocre at best. Wasn't happy about the ... food and service at all. The gaming was decent. The food prices here are outrageous!!! The chicken they served was malnourished!! For a salmon bowl it is $25??? They offer free points after you eat but can’t use it for 24 hours and each receipt per person has the same code so only one person gets points. Half the ... faucets and shampoo dispensers don’t work in the washrooms. This hippo game is the worst thing I have played in my life. The balls get stuck in the corner and there are not enough balls. Dave stays scamming its customers. The Mario kart game is alright even though one of the wheels does not even turn properly!!! Wasting my precious money on games that do not even work! Gotta love Dave the scammer. The games here are hit or miss. Last but not least, I go to buy my points to put it into my card and the machine asks for a tip!?!? A tip?? For what?? I would skip the food. Chocolate cake for $14.50 is a narrow sliver of cake. Strawberry shortcake was served without strawberries, for which the description says it has strawberries. Dave and Buster's is a preferred destination for my kids, though there are some areas that could be enhanced. While the games are enjoyable, the food quality is average at best and the game prices are rather steep. We also observed several games out of order, requiring maintenance. However, Wednesdays ... provide a more budget-friendly option for gaming. A suggestion for management: address the front area where smokers were using the potted planters as ashtrays, as it was quite off-putting. We thoroughly enjoyed our family experience at this fantastic venue. It's perfect for kids, family gatherings, and celebrations. My daughter had a fantastic time with a wide range of arcade games. Despite two game malfunctions, the service desk promptly refunded our cards. The arcade was well-kept, and the spacious party rooms ... accommodated a good number of people. While the food was satisfactory, not top-notch, it suited well for parties or family meals with kids. Read more
