Food was a little better than ok....was there on mother's day 7 pp...my mother in law asked for a peice of bread to eat with her soup and was told they don't do that..I gave her a peice of my bread from my club sandwich....my child's meal comes with an ... ice cream and for some reason they serve it in a drinking glass....well a hard spoon against a glass is a Crack waiting to happen. Came here for a work lunch and I enjoyed it. It was my first time going to a Baton Rouge location. I got the Top Sirloin and tried a bunch of diffrent apps. I enjoyed the steak, cooked to perfection. There was an option to upgrade potatoes to a skillet ... -- do it! The potatoes were loaded with so many topics, it was delicious! Customer service was great as well, server was attentive. Baton Rouge was my weekly go to restaurant. Their location at the Eaton center and on yonge street were my favorite. It’s been a while so I thought I’d give them another try and well…. Subpar at best. I had to call the restaurant for them to enable orders as ... they forgot. Once arrived the portion of the ribs was not what was ordered. The salad was a dismal portion lacking flavor and the rest looked like a lunch hall meal. So sad that this is what they want representing them. Will sadly not return if this is there new direction. The food is good, but the SERVICE NEEDS MORE IMPROVEMENT. The hostess isn’t flexible for customer needs. My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary. We requested to have a nice booth to dine in, and these girls (hostesses) were so inconsiderate and placed us on a coffee table beside ... the other coffee table. The hostess said we booked online, so automatically, we would be seated at a tiny table, not even in a corner one, and told us to leave precisely 7 pm because the reservation was only from 5:30 pm. How she rudely talked to us and just left us knowing that we were upset. The time was ok until they served the food prolonged; our mains weren't served until 7:30 pm:( We like to order a lot, just how to fit all the dishes onto the small table. We couldn’t even talk privately without people hearing our conversation because the tables were all squished in, and the most upsetting thing was that the person behind me tried to stand up and hit my chair, and I almost smashed my face onto the table. DO NOT EAT HERE if you want to have a nice dinner with your significant other or celebrate a special occasion. These hostesses are just going to ruin your day. Thank me later. Read more

The chicken plate was huge with 2 portions of chicken on the plate. The prime beef sandwich was fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection. The dessert was tough to put down after the meal, but we managed.
