This is not a good representation of Sushi Shops. If you want a roll filled with cucumbers and very little salmon and tuna, this is the place for you. Very disappointed. Bought a 60 piece platter and everyone had to pick out cucumbers. When I picked up the sushi and ... addressed it With the staff I was told that every sushi shop franchise is different - hence this one prefers to put more cucumber than fish. Read more
