Really good fusion bahn mi and noodle bowls. They have a gluten free innovation where they turn the bahn mi into a rice roll. No Pho though... Covid update: They don't have dine in, but there's a nice bench outside and a great park just a block away. Their gluten free ... bahn mee turned rice roll is very tasty, filling and innovative. Had the Classic bahn mi. It's a little more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants, but I think it's still a good value. Lots of meat inside along with the pickled carrots and white radish. Bread is fresh and has a nice crust. The other bahn mi's ... are also very tasty. I'll keep going back because service is great and the seating area is kept clean and tidy. Read more

Decent place to grab a quick bite to eat. Initially I loved the aesthetic of the shop. I ordered a half order of BBQ Pork Banh Mi and salad rolls. Overall, the taste was great but didn’t taste as authentic as I expected it to be. Service was quite quick ... and very friendly. Really good Viet sub in yaletown area. Made it fresh upon ordering, staff is friendly. The size of the sub is good enough for lunch. Lots of meat in the sub and bread is crispy and warm. Price is reasonable as well! People who works in the area should try ... it! Read more

Higher quality ingredients comes with a higher price. One banh mi here is twice that of Ba Le. On the plus side, it does taste a bit better and they offer more variety like the new lamb option and multi grain baguette option (for an additional fee). Worth the price? ...
