Basil Garden Pho - Vancouver, British Columbia

Pho was okay (I found the noodles a bit overcook and soft), service was not good (waitress didn’t have much manners), very clean environment which is good.

Nice sweet spot. I ate the spicy beef stew and the garlic wings. I visited this place 2 times and i love it. I don’t understand why some people say the service was bad i mean i got everything i asked for. I find his pho joint solid but my only complaint was that the broth was way too salty. My friends thought it was worse but when pour in hot water, my pho was delicious. Definitely will be going back (with an addition of a hot water order!). I ordered the pork ... pho and it was great! The pho place is extremely hygenic and usually, its an odd indicator of a bad pho place but this place has it right. Also, you need to order the grilled pork rolls. Darn good! Read more

New pho restaurant that we just tried today. I gotta say it's one of the best I've tried and I love pho and Vietnamese cuisine! It is a relatively small restaurant but they can accommodate a fairly large group, though by doing so the restaurant already would be 3/4 full. Their ... ambiance is casual. The restaurant is nice and clean. Washroom are clean. And service is quick and efficient. The food is absolutely fantastic. And their sizes are generous! Good value for what you're paying. Highly recommended to come and try here. Their pho is good and tasty. Their dry noodles look amazing and also very tasty, with some spiciness to it (love the kick!). Overall. A very very good alternative for Vietnamese cuisine in the city. The parking lot there is a little small since they share the lot with other businesses. I’ve had better pho and other Vietnamese dishes somewhere else but I will give points to this restaurant because of its cleanliness and atmosphere. The price is a little high and the dishes were so-so. I do like their garlic butter chicken wings a lot, though, so I do some ... back here for that.
