Had some nice cocktails and appetizers here and enjoyed our beautiful afternoon. It was lovely. The only thing is the prices are high compared to what you get.

I came here in the winter time to experience their Christmas terrace set up, and it was beautiful. The atmosphere was amazing. Very well decorated and it feels very cozy and comfortable. Just very expensive. Drinks were yummy.

We visited Reflections on Christmas day. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The decorations were really beautiful. I requested a high table near the Christmas tree and they very graciously managed to seat us there. We had warm True North cocktail in the Santa cup and Lobster Benedict. The food was ... simply delicious. My server Sophie was very nice and accommodating. She also took several pictures when I requested. My girlfriend booked a reservation two months in advance to celebrate her birthday, mostly to enjoy the ambience but were seated at a table that wasn’t even close to what they were promoting on instagram. To be honest, it felt like that table shouldn’t have even been there. My girlfriend asked ... the manager to move tables and he said there was nothing they could do… even when a server suggested to move us to an available table that was clearly open on their iPad. David said no we can’t do that. Either way my girlfriend was very disappointed. David is a horrible manager and they should get a new one. Even the servers were nicer and more professional. David really let this place down. The servers were great but David seriously should be replaced and if they do I’m sure this place would do a lot better. Read more

Pretty place and great ambiance for the holiday, with beautiful Christmas decorations. The moment you walk in you can feel the festive spirit. They are very short on staff there were only 2 staffs (including bartender)when we were there, both ar quite professional and very good service. However it is ... very hard to get their attention or wanna order something, we waited a while for our bill. The mulled wine was out of stock so I was quite disappointed.
