Thought I’d order a nice bahn-mi near my house and so I ordered 2 pork lemongrass sandwiches to go, got there to pick them up. Arrived home to watch the Oilers finals and the bread tasted terrible like it was old and it was dark like multigrain or something. ... Picture shows what i just got today. Next time im getting chicken or something fancier. I dont remember the kingsway location i use to go to taste like this. and the bread i thought was lighter. Will not return unfortunately. Had the Classic Bahn Mi and it was absolutely delicious! One if the best I've had, perfect tasty pate and had jalapeno and cilantro like a classic should! Ordered take out and the deluxe cold cut was huge. Bread was fresh, meat was a great amount and it wasn't too overly saucy. Everything had the right amount. Coffee was super strong today, maybe because I didn't let the ice melt enough. Enjoyed it.

10/10 banh mi with nice service and a cute atmosphere. The bread is so delicious as it is warm and fresh.
