Had the Duck Confit Sandwich for lunch. Perfect ratio of filling to bread. Tasty duck with classic flavors. Highly recommend. Update: found this truck again at Christmas event in downtown, menu was different but flavor was still amazing. I guess menu changes seasonally!

Amazing! I am a fellow vendor at many of the markets they are at. I have tried everything on the menu and its all delicious. All the rice bowls are phenomenal and the sandwiches are fantastic. I'm not from Vancouver so I thought I'd give this place a try. It was one of the best sandwiches i've ever had! I had The Hawaiian and it was extremely flavourful, with a side of chips and chili mayo. Super nice staff, reasonable price and great quality! Will definetly ... try this again before I leave! $11 on average for a meal here, pretty good food! Burger comes with chips, and the "spicy" one (I think it's the Cali) is not bad! Not very spicy. Pictured is Philly burger.

I have never had a better sandwich then the Trois Cochons. The roll is soft and has the perfect chew, with a bit of crunch from being grilled. The pork is tender and juicy and the vegetables are flavorful and provide the perfect balance. The side of homemade kettle chips ... with chili mayo completes this amazing lunch time experience.
