I was here today with my parents, we ordered Chicken lover large with Extra cheese, Very delicious and very tasty. Also we had chicken strip 5 pcs as well.

These negative reviews refer to the customer service behavior offered when I arrived today to pick up an order. I am a Delivery customer and today I received very poor service. I arrived at the place and no person was identified at the reception, making it impossible to enter the ... place due to a bell, having to press it twice and when I was received I was automatically offended, refusing to give me my order. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I didn’t think Pizza Hut could be this bad. They cheaped out hard. It’s all bread, barely any toppings. the site points suddenly go missing. Updated review: DRIVER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO UPSET MY DOG & PURPOSELY DISREGARDED INSTRUCTIONS. Do not order from this location if you ask for no knocking on the door. I started ordering from here again because the quality of the food really improved but that ends now. Their ... drivers are deeply unprofessional. THREE TIMES IN A ROW now the instructions specifically said not to knock, because the sound upsets the dog greatly. Today the exact instructions were “DO NOT KNOCK. Seriously. It upsets the dog”. When I confronted the driver he blew me off and just kept saying okay as he walked away. There is zero excuse for this. They are going out of their way to purposely rile up a pet. And they can’t say they didn’t see the instructions because they always manage to leave it in the exact place requested. ————— My partner and I ordered a maple bacon pizza with mushrooms. We ordered extra toppings, and as can be seen in the photo, there are very few toppings let alone the extras we PAID for. On top of it, the service was atrocious. We specifically wrote in the delivery section to leave it by the mailbox because of the dog. Instead, the driver ignored this and knocked very hard on our door. When I answered, he wasn’t wearing a mask and when I asked him to back up because he wasn’t, he dropped out food on the ground and stormed off. We made a complaint to the location but haven’t heard a thing. We’ve ordered from them before and the pizza has been undercooked. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Terrible pizza, expensive and waited almost an hour for delivery. In no way was our pizza double pepperoni double cheese and a double cheese pizza. Dough was thick and doughy and lost my appetite eating it. Never again waste of $40 that could have been used to order better ... food for my family. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Order from Pizza Vancouver, they have the best pizza down here. Shame on you Pizza Hut for letting a great chain back in the day go downhill so much.
