Ignite Pizzeria - Vancouver, British Columbia

I don't usually do reviews on pizza joints, but after eating here, I had to tell you guys bout my experience, for not many have toed the line when it comes to "customer relations", yet my time spent here, was surprisingly memorable, "because" of customer relations, not "in spite" ... of it. And the pizza was top shelf, Thin crusted pizza dough (must be a special recipe), with flavourful toppings, (these guys made asparagus taste good, no s***), that will leave your mouth full of delicious, memorable flavours, I am sure will have you coming back for more. All this back by a customer experience that doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth, lends to a most enjoyable experience at ignite pizzeria, on the corner of waterfront and Cordova (509). A damn fine slice, though I'd prefer the crust be slightly crisper. Price is great for a slice joint, and the 96 hour proofing they mention on the menu is definitely reflected in the final product.

Had their pizza a few times and it's probably my favorite pizza joint in the world. The fungi / mushroom pizza is incredible, definitely worth trying. They have a truffle aioli dip for an extra $2 or so but it is definitely worth it, be sure to get that. If you ... dine in, they have complementary chili oil and hot sauce at the tables. I try this pizza, usually when I'm heading to a bar or coming back from a bar. It's very tasty. The crust is very soft and delicious. Margarita is my always to go.

I've been to Ignite Pizza quite a few times, and it's my spot for takeout pizza. The staff is super friendly. And every single type of pizza I have tried here was great. You can’t go wrong with anything you choose. Highly recommend it!
