The food and service at this iconic steak house did not disappoint. Finally in Canada after several attempts in other restaurants were had a steak that melted in my mouth. The Manhattans were skillfully maid and the wine list was great.

My husband and I have quite a few great dining experience here at Hy's. Every single meal was delightful. Nice ambience and great service. It is on the higher price range but is worth the experience. Great for all occasion dinners. Will be coming back again soon!

Amazing steakhouse! Come hungry, portions are generous and the food is great. An assortment of wines available to pair with your dinner as well. Make sure you have a reservation and request the upper floor for a better ambiance.

Hy ended up being my second steakhouse visit in Vancouver after a disappointing first stop elsewhere (which traumatized me for a bit); alas, traditions demand I eat steak and red wine for my birthday. Fortunately, this was a pretty nice experience in comparison. The steaks were properly cooked as requested, the ... mashed potatoes were smooth, and the cheese bread certainly lived up to its hype.
